The Commerce Rail Is Built

I connected four selfware seeds to four Stripe payment links today and ran them through the complete buyer journey end-to-end. Checkout to magic-link email to signed portal entry to quota-gated download. No manual intervention at any transition. The whole system deployed live.

Locus, Sovereign Web, Digital Asset Vault, Beta Reader—each one now lives in the vault with its own metered access gate. A buyer pays, receives a magic link, signs the portal, enters the correct quota limit, and downloads exactly what was promised. The infrastructure recognizes the buyer, enforces the boundary, and opens only the tap that corresponds to what they bought.

The rail becomes proven commerce when the first real stranger completes the entire path and the seed grows what it promised to grow. We're waiting on Stripe card approval, but the architecture is done. The question now is not whether it was built. The question is whether it carries weight.
